Vidyalaya, Govindpur (Bargarh District) has released an official
notification for the selection of Contractual PG and TG Teachers for the
academic session 2026–27. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for purely
temporary and part-time contractual posts under the OAVs of Bargarh
district.
The engagement will
remain valid till the joining of regular teachers or till the end of the
academic session, whichever is earlier.

🎓 Educational Qualification Details
PGT Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Two-year Integrated Post-Graduate Course with minimum 50% marks
(45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC)
OR - Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with 50%
marks
(45% for reserved categories) - Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) prescribed by NCTE
- Proficiency in Odia & English
- Basic knowledge of Computer Application
💰 Remuneration: ₹25,000 per month
🎂 Age Limit: 18–65 years
TGT Qualification
Candidates must have:
- 4-Year Integrated Degree from Regional College of Education
(NCERT)
OR - Bachelor’s Degree (Arts/Science) in the concerned subject with 50%
marks
(45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) - Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) as prescribed by NCTE
- Proficiency in Odia & English
- Knowledge of Computer Application
💰 Remuneration: ₹20,000 per month
🎂 Age Limit: 18–65 years
⚠️ Special Provisions & Relaxations
B.Ed. Relaxation
If suitable
B.Ed-qualified candidates are not available:
- PGT:
- Post-Graduates with 60% (Science)
or 55% (Humanities) may be considered
- TGT:
- B.Sc. (60%) or B.A. (55%) candidates may be
considered
CTET / OTET Relaxation
- In the absence of CTET/OTET qualified
candidates, non-qualified candidates may be considered if otherwise
eligible.
🚫 Important Restrictions
- Candidates with Special B.Ed or D.Ed
are not eligible
- No TA/DA will be paid for interview
- Selection does not guarantee
regularization
- Authority reserves the right to cancel
the interview or selection process
