The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released a notification
for walk-in interviews to recruit contractual teachers at Kendriya
Vidyalaya ITBP Sarahan located in Sarahan, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Eligible candidates are invited to attend the walk-in
interview for part-time contractual teaching positions for the academic session
2026-27. Candidates will be selected to prepare a panel of teachers, which
will be used to fill vacancies as and when required during the session.
Interested candidates must appear for the interview with the
required documents on the scheduled date.

The recruitment panel will be prepared for the following
teaching and instructor posts:
1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Subjects include:
- Mathematics
- Sanskrit
- English
- Hindi
- Social
Science
- Science
2. Primary Teacher (PRT)
Teachers for primary classes will be recruited on a
contractual basis.
3. Other Instructor Posts
- Computer

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these posts must fulfill the qualification
criteria prescribed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) for contractual
teachers.
Generally, qualifications include:
- Relevant
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the concerned subject
- B.Ed
degree for TGT posts
- Teaching
eligibility as per KVS norms
- Computer
knowledge may be preferred for certain posts
