Odisha e-Admission 2025-26: Complete Guide for Higher Secondary School Admissions
Introduction
The Government of Odisha has officially announced the
schedule for e-Admission into Class-XI (Arts, Science, Commerce, Upashastri,
and Vocational streams) in all Higher Secondary Schools (HSSs) affiliated to
the CHSE (O) and Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University, Puri. This initiative
will be conducted through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) for the
academic session 2025–26.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates
must have passed the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination conducted
by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha or an equivalent board.
Admission Procedure
- Online
Registration:
- Applicants
must register on the SAMS portal: www.samsodisha.gov.in
- Reading
the Prospectus:
- Students
are advised to read the Common Prospectus (CP) carefully before filling
the Common Application Form (CAF).
- Submission
and Fee Payment:
- After
submitting the CAF online, applicants should retain a print copy
of the form and payment receipt.
- The
CAF fee must be paid online only. (Details are in the CP.)

- All
original documents will be verified at the selected Higher Secondary
School at the time of admission.
- Supporting documents required for +2 e-Admission through CAF:
- Valid mobile number & email id
- 10th Provisional Certificate-cum-Mark sheet
- School leaving certificate & Conduct certificate from the institute last attended
- Migration Certificate
- Income Certificate of parents
- Applicant scan color passport photograph
- Applicant Aadhaar number (Optional)
- Applicant WhatsApp number
- Applicant Bank A/c information with IFSC code
- Blood Group
- Caste Certificate (If belongs to SC / ST Category)
- PH Certificate / Other Special Category Certificate
- NMMS Awardee Roll Number
- Permanent Education Number (PEN)
- Apply Higher Secondary Schools information with subject
Application Fees
- General
Category: ₹200/-
- ST
& SC Category: ₹100/-
- No
Application Fee for:
- Persons
with Disabilities (PwD) with a valid permanent disability certificate
or a temporary disability certificate of 40% and above.
- Transgender
individuals
- Orphans
Note: All claims regarding reservation, weightage, or
relaxation must be supported with relevant documents.
