UGC NET June 2025: Last Date for Online Application Submission Extended
The
National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced an extension for the
submission of online application forms for UGC – NET June 2025. This
decision comes in response to numerous requests from candidates, offering them
additional time to complete their application process for one of India's most
crucial examinations for aspiring Assistant Professors and Junior Research
Fellows.
As per the
public notice dated 16 April 2025, the UGC – NET June 2025 examination
is conducted for:
- Award of Junior Research
Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor
- Appointment as Assistant
Professor only
- Admission to Ph.D. programs in
Indian universities and colleges
To
accommodate the increased demand and provide candidates ample time, NTA has
revised the deadlines. Below is the updated schedule:
