As per Letter No. 6819 dated 28.05.2025 from DHSE, Odisha, and in accordance with Govt. of Odisha School & Mass Education Department's Letter No. 13266/SME dated 09.05.2025, Rajdhani College, Bhubaneswar invites applications for the engagement of Guest Faculties for the 2025–26 academic session in Higher Secondary streams (Arts, Science, and Commerce).

🕙 Reporting Time: 10:00 A.M.

⚙️ Preference & Procedure of Selection:

Selection will be made in the following order of preference:

1. Retired Govt. College/HSS teachers of the same institution (below 65 years, with satisfactory past performance).
2. Retired teachers from other Government Colleges/HSS (below 65 years). If more than needed, Principal will select the most suitable.
3. Retired teachers from Aided Colleges/HSS (below 65 years and were GIA recipients). Selection based on suitability.
4. Fresh candidates based on merit (if no retired teachers are available).

🎓 Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree (recognized by NCTE, New Delhi) is mandatory for B.Ed. subjects.

📄 Documents Required:

• Updated Bio-data
• Recent passport-size colour photograph
• Original and photocopies of all certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards
• B.Ed. and Computer course certificates, if any

🧮 Selection Weightage:

• Career, Teaching Experience & Computer Knowledge in Computer Application: Total 100 Marks

📅 Tenure:

• Engagement is for one year from the date of joining.

💰 Remuneration:

• ₹400/- per class (45 minutes)
• Subject to a maximum of 50 classes per month
• Monthly ceiling: ₹20,000/-

🚫 Disengagement Conditions:

Guest faculties may be disengaged:

• At the start of summer vacation annually
• With one month’s notice if performance is unsatisfactory
• On joining of regular teachers for the post
