✅ 1. Mode of Engagement:

Engagement will be made through open advertisement, following the guidelines under Letter No. DHSE-GFEI-MISC-0021-2025 (II)/6819 dated 28.05.2025 from the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.

📆 2. Tenure:

• The appointment is valid for one year from the date of engagement.

🧾 4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must fall under any of the following categories:

1. Retired Govt. College/HSS Teachers below 65 years of age.
2. Retired Aided College/HSS Teachers below 65 years of age.
3. Fresh Candidates with:
• A Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade.
• A B.Ed. or equivalent degree recognized by NCTE, New Delhi, (required for B.Ed. subjects).

💰 5. Remuneration:

• ₹400 per class (each class is 45 minutes long)
• Monthly ceiling: Maximum of ₹20,000 (50 classes)

❌ 6. Disengagement Policy:

Guest faculty will be disengaged:

• At the start of every summer vacation.
• By one month’s notice if performance is unsatisfactory.
• Upon joining of regular teachers for the concerned post.
