🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- As
     per UGC Guidelines 2018
 - Preference
     to Ph.D./NET-qualified candidates
 - Postgraduates
     with strong academic records will be considered if Ph.D./NET not available
 
📌 Tenure of Engagement
- Valid
     till 31st May 2026 or until permanent recruitment
 - Subject
     to quarterly review based on performance
 - Purely
     temporary engagement, not regular or contractual

Selection is based on a 100-mark evaluation:
- General
     Academic Career (HSC to Degree): 30 Marks
 - Research
     Degree (M.Phil, Ph.D.): 20 Marks
 - Demo
     Class: 15 Marks
 - Research
     Publications: 15 Marks
 - International
      Journals: 10 Marks
 - National
      Journals: 5 Marks
 - Viva-Voce:
     20 Marks
 
Demo class duration: 5–10 minutes
🎯 Duties & Responsibilities
Engaged Guest Faculties are expected to:
- Conduct
     classes, exams, and guide UG/PG research
 - Launch/participate
     in sponsored projects
 - Attend/organize
     seminars and conferences
 - Deliver
     guest lectures at other institutions
 - Join
     university committees (academic/research only)
 - Note:
     Not eligible for administrative/financial roles
 
🔔 Other Key Points
- Eligible
     for 10 days leave per year
 - Subject
     to TDS deduction as per norms
 - No
     additional allowances will be provided
